Idocus moves to California
Dec 04, 2008
After
a very successful International Dressage career, the 18 year
old KWPN approved stallion Idocus will now focus more on his
breeding career. Idocus will make his new home at DG Bar
Ranch in California and will now be more available for
breeding with fresh semen.
Idocus flew
to California on Tuesday and arrived healthy and safe.
He is getting used to his new surroundings and is living in
the same stall where Wanroij spent so many of his years.
Idocus was the KWPN-NA 2007 Horse of the Year and has had an
extensive and successful International Dressage career,
representing Holland in the 2004 Olympic Games and
representing the USA at the World in Cup Las Vegas and the
World Equestrian Games in Aachen. He is also the only horse
to win the Dressage at Devon Breed Show as a youngster and
go on to win the Devon Grand Prix as an adult.

very well in the Grand Prix and their piaffe and passage were excellent. Marlies
was extremely pleased with Idocus because he went through the arena with great
expression. Second was Lisa Wilcox with Relevant. Third was Edward Gal with
